Take a mini-break from your everyday at our wellness Pilates barn Poise Pilates. We believe movement should be fun, relaxing and challenging, without being a chore. We’ve created Poise Pilates as your countryside retreat from your day-to-day, a place where you can take the time to focus on yourself. 

We’ve stocked our studios with high quality Reformer Pilates machines and mats, our expert instructors will show you how to use the equipment, tailor your workout to your needs and how to get the most out of our low-impact, high-energy group classes.

Often a misconception, you don’t have to be super-fit or flexible to do Pilates. Our Pilates classes are tailored to everyone. No intimidation, no crazy expectations, just enjoying moving your body in a new exciting way, whilst challenging you in a way that you will become addicted too. Get ready to feel a burn that feels so good!

PARKING

Free parking is available in Lavershot Barns car park, many spaces available right outside the doors to Poise Pilates. You can also have your car washed whilst you are at your class and they will park your car for you outside our doors.
