If you haven’t exercised in a while, our 1-1 or duo / trio private sessions give you the opportunity to work with an expert in Pilates at your own pace and level to become familiar with Pilates and comfortable with the exercises and techniques. We will use a mix of the Reformer / mat exercises to suit your needs and goals. If you’re recovering from injury or illness, are pre/post natal or struggling with any pain or niggle, our 1-1 sessions are perfect so we can tailor the exercises for the best muscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
